It is going to usually be in the cannon plug into the unit, or the terminal strips as mentioned above.
It could be the main power connection on the Master Power, or the main power lead into the unit, there are two (2) 12 gauge red wires into the unit. One is switched and the other is not.
We are going to be on vacation break next week, from July 1st – 9th. There will be little to no service until July 18th or longer from the shop staff.
We are running production this week trying to get caught up. We were scheduled to run 50% and had to bump it up.
We would be glad to help more, and will when we can.
If you dig into it, you should be able to find the wire issue. Also check the amp draw of the pumps. and lights. You will need a $20 votlmeter with amperage functions to trace it all.
It has been an issue in one of the small connectors which has gotten corrosion over time also. These usually are the ends on the terminal strip end, where moisture is always present in the bilge.
We would be glad to help when we get a chance. Since you are in Salem and willing to go it on your own, give it another shot, and then defer to us on the matter.
Good Luck!
