Drain Plug Replacement??

2019 Eyra Last time out I couldn’t get the stainless drain plug out. I always put it in hand tight but I had to use plyers to unscrew it. Now I cannot get it back in by hand at all. I’ve only had this Cat for a few months, but I’m guessing someone has experienced this. I’ll call parts Monday I guess and see if they can rush me a new one. Hopefully they have a square bit that fit the bolts and tell me the appropriate sealant to use.
