Depending on what model you have, BCB has a custom made stainless steel boarding ladder that attaches to the rear left of the boat. Its a folding ladder and is not in the way, but it does not go real deep into the water when folded down. It gives you two steps, one above the water line and the other about a foot deep, so if youre old, like me, its a bit of a struggle to get in, but a heck of a lot easier than climbing up the foot of the motor.
