Hey everyone. I have an electrical issue in my 2018 Eyra that I haven't been able to figure out, so I wanted to get some input. Three things have stopped working all at the same time - the hydraulic jackplate, the trim switches at the bow of the boat, and the networking of my humminbird graphs. I'm not sure if they are all caused by the same problem but the timing would seem to make sense. When I first got the boat the jackplate wasn't working and I found a loose wire on a breaker that once tightened, fixed the problem. Therefore, I thought the current issue might be due to that same breaker going out. I replaced it and none of the issues were solved. Everything else seems to be working. All of the pumps, lights and horn on the panel are working fine. Graphs will turn on but have no networking capability. Trim works at the console, but not at the bow. Any ideas where I should look? Thanks.
Matt
Check the rocker switch in the recess pedal area. We had several people which their stepping on the trim switches bothered them and about 6 years ago we added that switch for turning off power to trim switches.
Hey guys. The rocker switch doesn’t light up. I haven’t checked yet, but I imagine my light controls from the bow aren’t working either. Doesn’t seem like the rocker is getting power, so the trim buttons aren’t working. Thanks.
