Engine adjustments for 2024 Puma STS with lithium batteries?

I have a soon (hopefully) to be delivered 2024 Puma STS with a Mercury 300 Pro XS and a Bob's hydraulic 8 inch jackplate.  I am using one Proguide 36 volt  50 amp lithium trolling motor battery, a Proguide 100 amp starting battery for my electronics, and the standard Proguide AGM battery as a starting battery.  I may just use the lithium starting battery for cranking and electronics after the AGM battery dies.  The boat is also equipped with an 8 inch Bob's hydraulic jackplate.  I keep reading that to get maximum performance I will need to lower my engine if using lithium batteries.  Will the Bob's hydraulic jackplate lower the motor sufficiently for maximum performance, or should I request that BassCat install the Mercury lower to compensate for the lithium batteries?  The prop will be a 24 Fury three blade prop.  Thank you for any assistance you may provide. Corky
