Hmm, there must be something electrifying the system when you turn the key off on the engine harness. This is not tied to the boat harness and comes from the engine company. Graphs and other items would not effect it as we keep those separate. It could be the engine heat sensor is hot when turned off and no flow, and then activate the sensor just before turning off. If it becomes worse as water heats up it will be related to the heat sensor on the heads.
