I would ask the guys in Mtn Home about it. They ran one at the dealers meeting. Corky I also saw your other post. I would buy whatever motor your mechanic wants to deal with. It largely comes down to that. You can go on and on about this motor or that one but it all comes down to what you can get fixed the fastest in your neck of the woods. To me its a question of dealer issues first, prices issues second, then warranty issues, fuel economy, etc. The speed thing you can argue all day long. I happen to own an 200 ho evinrude with 275 hours and zero issues but I also am fortunate to have 2 top notch dealers that can handle either product.
