Mine runs 6-6100k with both props in most conditions. Dog hot, both tanks full, 250lbs fishing partner ect obviously changes performance, also I don’t tournament fish much so no water in live wells with these numbers.
A 24 Fury they say is like 24.7” actual and then similar to the 25 Tempest, which you say is a few mph faster yet the same rpm so it must be slightly more pitch difference. Regardless sounds like both are ideal as you’re just under the limiter which I believe is 6200. For max speed you “gear” or prop an outboard to be at the rpm of peak hp, but that may not give you the best performance at holeshot or midrange as you’re turning a taller prop that is like a taller gear which hurts acceleration. In this case we don’t know what rpm peak hp occurs, but if you went to a taller pitch does the boat slow down? I like to pitch a prop to just kiss the limiter when it’s cold and running solo with empty livewells, that way when it’s hot and loaded it’s still in the recommended powerband. If it’s too much of a dog, I suggest swapping to a lower pitch prop for summer and have a back up higher pitch prop for winter.
