I also had just seen this… Pretty sad, I always get nervous when someone is running next to me I will often just back off and let them go. Things happen quick wish we all had a rewind button…. RIP

Thats a shame. I hate to see that happen. Prayers for the family.Everyone should believe in something. I believe Ill just go fishing!

does anyone recognize who this boat belonged to? many prayers for him and his poor family. I couldnt imagine the grief they are going through

Yes, this is the same incident Ksig posted about earlier today. Tragic accident and it doesnt sound like they were even going that fast.

I dont know….45 is plenty fast to cause a fatality in a car so its certainly enough in a boat. I recall a simulator for a car wreck. I believe even at 15mph your arms are not strong enough to prevent you from hitting the windshield in a head-on collision. If you look at the pics, it looks like the console of the BCB was pretty much destroyed. Very tragic accident. Feel sorry for all involved, prayers sent. I always get uncomfortable when someone is running next to me also.

My prayers are with everyone connected to this terrible accident, just shows how thankful we should be when we return home unharmed when we are out enjoying the things we take for granted.

Tragic situation and prayers for the families and friends of those associated. The event individduals participating would be directly emotional and the person who surived will always have effects from this one. There are no winners, only growth. Full Life Vests and Safety Switch Lanyards attached might not effect this one, though we have seen accidents already in 2016 they would go home from haf they been wearing them. In this case the details may never be fully known. Prayers for those effected.BCB
