Filling the gas tanks!

My pantera classic did that when I put the nozzle all the way in but if I backed the pump out a hair it would roll on.Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Turn the nozzle upside down.

What Jp says, turn the pump handle so it faces the back of the boat, for some reason this works.

I have had this issue with every boat I have ever ownedRangerBass CatSkeeterI just stand back there and gentle pull the handle. it seems to take forever but eventually gets therepatience grasshopper

Best part is when it opens, it flows wide open and never backlashes which I am grateful. What is an FLVV?

There are several different fuel systems over time. Some are simple alterations and some are newer pressure systems. The EPA mandated controls on evap. fumes and thus the newer systems. Aluminum and plastic both act differently under the new systems also. There are two systems infuse by boat manufacturers today. No BCB after about 2003 should experience a fuel restriction when filling unless there is an issue somewhere. At some angle of the nozzle they should all fill adequately. Tanks with new systems have a minimum flow requirement.

There is a Fill Level Vent Valve in the newer tanks. It is a pressure monitoring device that is in the tank.
