front deck dimensions-Sabre vs Pantera 2 vs cougar/puma

Can anyone give me the dimension of the front decks of these boats measured from a line perpendicular with front of console, to a line perpendicular with the back of the trolling motor foot pedal basin?Thanks

BCB is closed this week for vacation, so information will need to come from a dealer like Sherm, etc,,,I will say you are talking three different animals here, none really comparable to the other, though similar from the seat pedestal forward, they differ greatly between the console and there.

There has been discussion on the P2 vs Sabre vs Sabre FTD. A search here on the forum will reveal a lot of info. If I recall, the Sabre FTD and P2 are virtually the same with respect to front deck lengths and widths. The biggest change is the rear deck, again if my memory serves. Flyswatter has posted a lot of info regarding what can and cant be done with the Sabre FTD. There is a lot more can than cant…. The 20 foot boats are a different animal. My experience is that a BCB front deck fishes bigger than what you expect from other boats in the same size class. The forward mounted TM pedal makes a difference.

Since your not indicating FTD we think your looking for a used rig and there are differences in the 20 models, though Sabre FTD and P2 share limited differences of 3″ in length and negligible in width.

I currently have the regular sabre and am looking for a little more room on the front deck. Sounds like i should be considering the 20 foot boats only if a P2 only is 3″ longer.

How much difference is there is deck length of the Sabre vs the Sabre FTD? I run a PII, and it feel like is ample room for a couple of 200 lbers to share the front deck.
