Fuel Capacity PUMA FTD?

Sorry, wrong forum I know the listed fuel capacity of my 2104 Puma is 52 gallons. What is the recommendation on how many gallons to put in a bone dry tank to consider it full? According to the rated capacity (as I interpret) you could put 26 gallons into each tank. There are warning labels on the fill ports not to overfill? My tanks currently are bone dry, I drained and dried both tanks because I would get an occasional water in fuel alarm on the motor and to fix a fuel leak on one tank around the outlet valve.
