I had 2 on the Eyra I just sold. I decided to give Garmin a try after having Humminbird on the 4 previous boats. There is a lot to like about them, and only a couple things I would change. The format it more like lowrance than Humminbird and they offer far more options to customize your pages. Side/Down imagining are about the same, the 2D sonar is better than Humminbird. The flush mount method is far better than Humminbird and I like the screen cover better as well. The biggest things I missed after switching from Humminbird was the shortcut buttons and being able to quickly turn off the sonar. Humminbird does it two steps, whereas the Garmin requires 5 steps.
