Gave somebody their first ride in a cat

Me and my buddy was out on dardanelle yesterday and saw something go into the water swimming. At first we thought it was a dog but when we got to it it was a small fawn. I dont know where mom was or where she thought she was headed but she had a several mile swim in store for her. She was probably a couple hundred yards from shore when we finally got up there to see what she was. And she was struggling pretty good so i reached down and scooped her up. I dont know if it was the swimming or the exhilaration of her first ride in a cat but that heart was pounding. There was no struggling or fighting suprisingly and after a quick photo session we took her back to shore and away she went.http://i924.photobucket.c...d87/Kyle137/6ef30579.jpg

Thats my swim bait. River to sea “bambi bait”. Also- dump the rods on the starboard side. No need for spinning reels at Dardanelle. Now that medium craink on the right has some potential.C.O.D. Jr. III
