HDS Gen 2 LSS-1 compatibility

Just a quick question. I checked the FAQ section and couldnt find the answer. My bow HDS7 Gen 1 has finally died (I think water got into it and fried some circuitry), and I have a deal for an HDS7 Gen 2 from a brother BCB owner. My question is will the Gen 2 work with my LSS1 module?- Chaz
