Help with stereo installation 2009 PUMA FTD

Just purchased the Kicker KMC10 Source unit. Does anyone know if this will mount where the Lowrance Flasher is?I also purchased 2 JL audio 6.5" speakers. Mounting locations anyone? Anyone have pics to share?
