Hull Issues 2014 Puma FTD

I have a 2014 Puma FTD with a 250 Yamaha SHO. I have had this boat 9 years and was the cover boat for the 2014 brochure where it show Ivan driving it. This boat has been an amazing boat for me and I have never kept a boat this long. I have put a ton of hours on it. Over the last year I have noticed the cap in the front quarter of the boat seems to be collapsing on the hull. You can literally see a gap where its coming apart. I have replaced the rivets up here once. There is fiberglass shavings that show up in each rod locker. Also the bar that runs in the middle in the battery/fuel compartment has busted loose just behind the livewell. The boat will no longer get the nose up. I can no longer run through boat wakes and pass everyone like they are sitting still. This used to be an 80 mile an hour boat that was absolutely the best set up boat I have ever been in. It now will run around 72 as long as there is no chop. Any chop and I immediately slow to the mid 60's and the boat is very uncomfortable to drive. It's as if the boat is flexing forward when on pad. Can anyone tell me what I need to do to get it looked at? I have kept it so long because I loved it so much and have always planned on being BassCat forever. I know I have put a lot of hours on it, but have never owned a boat that performed like this one and gave me such longevity.
