They are 3M Scotchlite and the material is expensive. We dont know if there is a better rate possible as a pair price, though we will give the thought to the parts manager. BCB

Are the hull decals domed or flat… I like the way it looks on the boot

I installed them on my previous Sabre. Not cheap but they are very high quality and look great I think. They are flat.

They make a spray adhesive that might work though usually replacement is required. The decals on the hull are the usual challenge as they are susceptible to rubbing things. Seldom do the deck decals come loose and those are the same vendor and material. They are researching flat decals for 2019 because of the loss of decals.

I also have two raised decals coming loose. One on the boat and one on the trailer. I am watching the carpet on the trailer wheel well inside. A small corner is loose and wondered what to do with that?

Carpet on the trailor i used welwood contact cement . Not a minute trouble since i fixed mine. As far as the stickers i would just replace them. Just be sure to get the 3m primer from bcb that sells. If its a 2017 Sabre and peeling is not due to you hitting dock or something, I suspect BCB would send you new decals. May have just been bad prep or bad luck.

I replaced one of the Bass Cat decals and havent any issues since replacing it. If its still intact you could probably try some 3M spray adhesive. I have the silver engine decals that I installed and had part of it that came loose (my fault as I caught a towel on the corner) and put some of the spray adhesive on it and its held fine. If you replace the decal just make sure the area is very clean. I use 3M adhesive remover. Itll remove the old glue and clean the surface. Its much easier in my opinion if you use some type of application spray while installing decals. It allows you to be able to move it around for a little bit before it dries so you can get it exactly where you want it. Last edited by C130 on July 30th, 2017, 3:31 am, edited 2 times in total.
