I had a 958 that would do that. Cure was to take all the screws out around the edge of the case, and do something about the water intrusion. Could never get it to seal 100%. Driving or running in heavy rain was a problem, as was a water hose when washing. A couple of paper towels, followed by a hair dryer and it would be back in business until the next frog choker.
