nucat, We suggest you look at the 2001 Cougar in this page. Not sure the condition of boat or engine and it is a few more clicks than you list to spend. Though it could be well worth the $. Of course the 225 EFI will burn some fuel, though they have been pretty dependable also. BCB

I have an older Pantera 2, 19 6″, with a 200 Merc. She is in prety good shape and runs 64, 65 mph. My top speed on gps was 68 with a little tail wind and a good chop. She is a 90 model that has been taken care of. The only reason Im letting her go is to get a D/C because my son started fishing tournaments with me.
