I think I have one, if you need the tilt replacement part, its part no. teleflex ha6123. It looks like its ever thing past the helm pump, is this what you need?

I am trying to convert a non tilt helm to a tilt helm. My knees hit the wheel getting in seat. Thought the tilt would help getting in drivers seat.

If you are trying to convert a non tilt system to tilt you will need the helm that goes behind the dash and the tilt mechanism.Tommy YettsRockwall Marine

Yes, Tommy is correct in that you will need the complete assembly behind and above the dash. Just the tilt wont help.
