Installation of seat cushion and back rest..Bay Cat

What is the proper way to install the front Bait Well back rest and seat cushion on a Bay Cat?

It should have T nuts in the rear pad, and it will bolt through the front wall of the console. The lower pad is a snap & strap fit to give access to the front baitwell.BCB
