Just curious. I received a post card from JD Powers stating they had sent me a survey. I have not received one. I called and emailed to let them know and request one per the instructions on the back. Has anyone else had this happen?

You are a statistic now and probably will not be able to receive one. BCBAdded: If there was a mail error, then JDP will not replenish the survey. The are concerned with the integrity of the study, and if they do send a second we will be surprised.
The same thing happened to me too. I emailed them stating that I recieved the post card but no survey. I wanted to fill the survey out. BassCat Boats deserves it.
Guys, We really appreciate your willingness to participate.We hope they do forward you another survey.Be aware it resembles a promotional envelope in the appearance. So someone could dispose of it easily.BCB
