where you drilled would be the question. If it’s on the transom there can’t be much water and there is a fiberglass transom, though we would almost have to know where you drilled. If it’s the transom then it could be migration from the jack plate mount bolts needing a seal.

The exposed holes at the rear indicate the area was not sealed. We don’t know the history on this boat or service, though those battery boxes would have been a BCB install and they should have urethane or silicone under them depending on when the boat was manufactured. The charger would usually have installed on the transom for a factory install.

I blew air into each hole and a very small amount of water (mostly bubbles) came out, i resealed with silicone, should i be worried long term?

Since everything is all fiberglass in the flooring there should be no issues with anything interior wise as long as the water is minimal. A weight of the package on truck scales would let you know the actual amount of water intrusion. We doubt its much and the only concern would be freezing which is a possible if the boat were wintered hard. If you live in south Texas that’s a minor concern, if your in Minnesota then we would wonder on the amount of water prone to freezing.The aluminum trays don’t look like they are placed original, unless that was a request, or a request that we not mount them. The fuel tank screws are sealed with silicone in the picture.

I had the same issue with my boat. I switched to larger batteries and when I drilled for the new trays water started coming out. An alarming amount. Mine was starboard side. I used the blow gun to clear it out. Oddly enough I used to get condensation in the starboard rear compartment and since doing this it has dried up. I assume water was getting past the sealant on the original screws for the battery tray.
