License plate bracket and tie down strapes

Anyone have any ideas about mounting a license plate bracket without drilling into the trailer? What is the norm for this?I also have a tie down strape an the back right side that is stripped out it will not tighten, where can I buy one at?Thanks again for your help.

Not sure about not drilling holes however mine is mounted on the c channel underneath the fender (2 holes drilled on one lip of the channel) the tie downs I have seen at basspro. Boat buckle brand. Their is a 1 year warranty if that applies to you . Chris

Albright, there should be a liscense tag holder under that left fender lit with a small light. BCB

BCB,There isnt anything, I bought the boat used and I guess the guy before kept it. I was trying to find out were and how you mounted them or if you even did mount them. I just didnt want to drill anywhere on my trailer unless I just had to.Billy

It sounds like there may have been a fender replacement and that the light kit and plate backet are not there. Look under the left fender, and see if there is a license plate light just in front of the tail light. This is bolted on with 2 1/4″ bolts, and the light for the plate holds the license plate bracket sandwiched between the fender arm, and the light bracket. Once you find this, get in touch with parts and let them know what parts you will need. BCB

My used P3 was missing the entire license plate bracket which apparently got torn off when the seller delivered it to me. As a temporary fix, I strapped the plate around the trailer frame with heavy duty cable ties. Its now nearly a year later and its still doing fine, plus it doesnt hang as low as it would with the bracket so its less prone to damage.
