I have a light that isnt coming on all of the time in one of the rod lockers. Is it triggered by a switch or is it just a sensor? I looked for a switch but didnt see one. Boat is a 2017 Eyra, thanks.

They are a post switch that sometimes sticks. Just locate the post amd manually push it into lossen it. I might try and add some machine oil to the post for better lubrication as mine stick too.

BCB on my 17 Jag I have 2-3 different boxes where they seem to stick because lights dont come on. If I manually depress it and release the pst the lights will come on. Is this more of a bad switch than it feels like they are sticking when deprssing and releasing them.
They put petroleum jelly on for a corrosion guard after install. It could be the corrosion guard is attracting dirt and thus the machine oil loosening it.
