Little help – Issues with new BCB Trailer

This is really for BCB - I recently (9/30) purchased a Cougar AE. I travelled over 7-1/2 hrs. one-way to purchase this rig (thats how bad I wanted a BCB :-) ). When trailering the rig home, I realized that the hydraulic surge brake cylinder was not working. It colapsed too easily. I can literally push it in by hand. The resivior was full. Since I live so far from a dealership, I bled the brake system according to the brake manufacturers recommendation. This is not my first rodeo doing this kind of work. Initially, there was a lot of air in the system. After bleeding the brake system by way of a vacuum hand pump and doing it the old fashion way with two people and using the built in ratcheting system, the brakes performance has not changed. I have sent in an extensive email through the "Contact Us" with the serial numbers of my rig last week outling the issue, but have not gotten an acknowledgement. Also, as a side note, when I got home, I found that I almost lost the spare tire because the hardware was not run up on the threads of the bolts holding it. The nylon insert lock nut was not deformed. The other one was missing altogether. On the good note - I love the boat!Appreciate some help and understanding that I am not close to a dealership. I reside in Easley, SC 29642. I believe that the closest BCB dealership is around 3+ hours away one-way. Is there someplace closer that I can get warranty repair of this surge brakes? Or can I get another cylinder? If so, how can I make that happen? Thanks!Kevin
