livewell issue—- control value

i have a 1994 pantera classic with a live-well control value issue, it is not holding water when full. i believe the value is under the gas tak (tank is 33 gallons & looks like the letter C) has anyone replaced this value????? do i have to remove the gas tank????thanks cat family in advance Gooserov

the valve is generally in the bilge area with the pumps, i am not sure on your boat but i would have to say no on removing tank. there shpuld be a pump attached to drain valve. i am basing this on an 88 p2 and 07 puma
