Looking for a 5-7K cat in or around Arkansas

My cousin is looking for a good ued cat in the 5-7k range. He prefers a Yamaha or Mercury. I think he would consider a evinrude if in good condition. We in Mount Ida close to Lake Ouachita. Please post them if you have one for sale or know of any. He is looking to buy fairly soon.
