Lowrance 5200c not reading Navionics card correctly

I have a 5200c and nav. priemim south just purchased new from BP,the unit has the latest update and according to the reps this card should work in this unitIt is reading the card but the map shows the lake as solid blue pixelated blocksIt also says in the upper left corner over zoomed. I can zoom out to the whole US map and it lookes normal but as I zoom in it just gives the blue blocks it is Bull Shoals lake so I know its covered. I ,have taken it out reinstalled, switched back to the units map that works good, looked thru the menu and am at a loss for a fix.Was sure wanting to have this for the BCOI.
