Michigan Classic vs Great Lakes

Hi BCB community! I have a 21 Classic and I live in Michigan in where I am within a 3hr dr to Erie, Huron and much closer to Lake Michigan. As a Smallmouth addict, I really want to get out on these big bodies of water and get into them. However, I am nervous about running my Classic on the big lakes.. Does anyone have any experience with a classic on the Great Lakes? If so, would you mind sharing your experience? Or if anyone has experience with other similar 19ft bass boats, I would love to hear it. Thank you!

I run a Cougar on the big ponds with no issues.

Some times you get a bit wet when you spear waves, but all in a days fun.

Keep eye on weather and you should be just fine.
