Mixing Batteries

I have a 2000 Jag with the three battery, 36 volt, setup. I just replaced my starting battery about (2) months ago with a deep cycle start/troll battery. I didnt replace all three batteries at the time because my other two were fine.Well, several 100 degree days in a row has done in my other two batteries. While I had just check the fluid level in them both when I replaced the starting battery, in just two months, both batteries dried up and can not be salvaged (Ive tried). So, in replacing the two trolling batteries, I was thinking of going with Optima batteries....but optima batteries are sealed and of a different configuration than my starting battery. All three will be hooked to my on-board charger. Is there any problem with have all of these batteries hooked to each other, and hooked to the charger, even though two are the same and one is different?
