As much a Hog fan as we are, it was an expected thrashing. There was too much controversy around the Arkansas program going in for now. The accusation of a new Cadillac for DMacs family. Denial of this as rumor by an Arkansas television station, and an apology. The earlier loss of a previous long time coach and hiring of a new one. The interim coaches distraction from the Defensive Coordinator duties as he tended to media relations and more, such as announcing his move to a Texas school after the season. DMac going Pro, or not, Jones going Pro, or not? Just lots going on that effected the outcome. The Hogs were never in it! Plus Tejada does not usually miss those field goals, though he should not have had to kick them. The Tigers cruised into Dallas and cooked a little pork rib.
