Is it wise to run your motor with a cover over it. I have seen several people using motor covers while fishing in heavy cover to prevent scratches and dings. But, I have seen them just leave the cover all the time. I have a Yamaha VMax 200 with a Yamaha cover. This cover doesnt have any vents for air flow and I was wondering if it would restrict air intake to the motor. Also, would this help any to warm up a motor faster on cold mornings. Thanks for your help.KentKent Charles 2002 Pantera Classic & 200 Yamaha VMax

Just click on parts/clothing on the home page, then parts/accessories on the drop down menu and you will see the BCB vented motor covers. They are pretty sweet.
Im looking for the one that you just use while trailering. I like the vented one but dont want to spend that much. I think the trailering one is a lot cheaper but Im not sure. They dont list the trailering one on the website by itself. Just with the cover

IMO the vented covers are worth the $$$. Tuff Skinz makes the one BCB sells if I am not mistaken.Dan
