I believe I have all the tools and parts now but just would like to double check because I am doing it on Sunday. Tools: I have all the proper normal tools, to include Torque Wrenches, plus now have the Flywheel lifting eye. Info:I have a service manual on a dics for this EngineConcern is about parts:I have a set of Hard Mounts from Bobs Marine A Powerhead Gasket A Exhaust Spacer Gasket Is there anyother parts I may need I missed.

Youll probably be fine with solids, as most are more semi solid. The solid mounts do add some extended vibration and from reading your posts and do it your self attitude its expected. You probably know what your getting into.
I just wanted to thank everyone for all the info… and to say you were right this is not that bad of a job. Would of taken me about 3 to 3 1/2 hrs doing it the first time… Im sure much less if I ever had to do another one really not much to it.. but when I took it apart the rear lower cowl brkt. was cracked and broke at each of the 3 bolt holes where it attaches so I had to wait for a new one before I could put it back together.. No one close had one in stock had to wait for one to come from online.. I did run into several issue mainly I feel from age of my Engine 1998 although it only has 380 hrs. on it. The nuts for the power head studs wanted to lock up on removal and had to spend extra time moving back an forth using penetrating fluid. One actually locked up and stud started to loosen but I was able to get it to re-tighten.. Using a box wrench I could actually feel the studs heating up as I was removing.. It was a slow process to avoid lock ups on the studs. Then before re install I ran thread chasers over everything. The longer bolt in the center of the Exhaust Plate did not want to come loose and that was scary could almost feel it flexing as I applied way too much torque to it but with patience if came loose. The gasket was a real pain to remove and of course it stuck to the bottom of the power head instead of the top of the exhaust Plate.. One of the nuts to bolts for the upper mounts was corroded and took lots of penetrating fluid and patience.. but all in all it came together ok. One trick I did learn was to use a deep well socket slide the exhaust plate back up on to the power head place the socket on the long stud and a nut to hold the exhaust plate up while I worked on the upper mount bolts. Thanks again everyone first time is always the hardest but with your help I made it and my motor is rock solid now. Oh ps the old mount didnt give way in the rubber but wore a grove in the outer diameter and was loose in the housing I was very concerned the housing was going to be worn also but it was not the case and the new mount fit perfect and very tight. I also sealed them with perfect seal so water cant get to the nut area again and sit. There is no replacement for the knowledge on this site.
