Launched this morning a followed my normal routine, let the motor idle for a few minutes to warm up and was pulling away from the launch and saw a lady on a jet ski floating in place trying to start the engine and in need of some help. I towed her back to the ramp and then set out to try and find some fish. Hit the gas and the motor just labored and never got up on plane. Shut it down to see if I might have run over a tow rope, nothing there so I dropped it back down and started it back up, same thing again. Shut it down again and now it would not start. Heard one beep and that was it. Went back on the trolling motor. Any ideas?
I experienced something like this on a test drive on a used boat. As I recall it was a high speed or pressure fuel pump. Seems theres a low speed/pressure one as well. Im no mechanic thats just what I was told.BCC
