Took my boy as my partner in his first big bass turny couple months ago.It was a fisher of men turny on lake Belton.He had a blast I caught probally 20 bass not 1 keeper and another 25 sandbass he would jump up everytime and grab the net atleast for a while he got smart after a bit and would ask.He stayed on back deck through a crank bait all day never complained in a bit he said dad think I got one.I looked back he had rod pointed strieght at the fish just reeling away about a 3lber jumped and freaked.started holler raise your rod dont horse him.he just looks at me like I was crazy says dad I know how to get a fish in "lol".Long story short he caught 2 keepers and caught alot of fish but ended up skunked but who cares we had a blast.He will hopefully if mom allows it be my partner for next year in either media or FOM.My ? is where can I get a BassCat youth fishing shirt?He already stole my Quest cap. Oh by the way the fished lost 2lbs before we got back to weigh in he showed it to everyone that asked how we where doing .Thanks to FOM and Cliff from Texas Boat World for making his first turny specail.He still talking about walking across stage and kicking my butt.
