New Puma STS , No Cover

I just purchased a new Puma STS and it did not not come with a cover. I have read on the board that Aurora covers that makes Bass Cats covers has a long lead time. Is there another company that others have used for a cover?

Congrats on the  new ride!  I don’t recall who else makes covers for BCB’s but this topic has been discussed quite a bit the last few months.  I think if you do a search while in the owners board you may find the information you are looking for.  BTW please feel free to post pictures of your new Puma!

We are all over the cover situation and hope to have it resolved in a few months. It has been a major project here to improve that situation.

I think some of the frustration could be prevented if the dealers were clear about this up front. Most are disappointed when they expect to get a cover and don’t.

Lead times have continued to be stretched further out, with Aurora Canvas. This has been since CoVid, as their challenges have continued to grow with every wave. We do have a handle on the situation now and as we navigate this improving we will slowly turn the corner to wards gaining ground. The expectation on when we will be gaining begins this coming month as we improve, and by first of March we hope to have this behind us.

The Aurora Cover is what I prefer on the new boat. So, if I am to order one from Bass Cat you think it would be ready in March?

They aren’t doing after market orders until we get this cleaned up. By March it should be well in hand though.
