This forum is great. Ive been lurking in the shadows for a couple of months. After learning a few things about my new to me Basscat P2 I decided to sign up. Everyone seems to be nice and willing to help each other out and I am grateful. Im sure I will have a few questions in the future as my Basscat is a 1994 model. Ive had her on the water a couple of times and Wow. Smooth ride. Ive had other boats, Javeline and Triton to name a couple, but as Ive gotten older and no longer fish in clubs, I decided an older boat would be right up my alley. She was well cared for and I bought her from the original owner. He had all the paperwork and manuals. Anyway, I thought Id make my first post and wish everyone safe travels this Summer on the water.
This is a great forum and helped influence my decision to recently buy a used Bass Cat myself. Ive been a member of quite a few forums and this is one of the best around. Ive been out of boating for about 20 years and everyone has been great in answering all of my questions.
The P II of the 90s was the top of the line cat! I had a 97 and loved it. Congrats and welcome aboard96 Eyra/12 Mercury 175 Pro XS with 2015 single axle trailer2017 Victory Gunner
