Interesting chart. Lot of info you dont see on a dyno graph. Just from looking at that, I dont believe that will be reliable. Yes, you can mess with timing (includes ignition and valves). You can mess with opening up air intakes. None of that will give you the HP gain you see there. Looks to be a great example of a Lean Burn engine. We used to do this in Race cars for short track events qualifiers. Heck of lot of HP gain, RPM with in limits, but still a lean burn engine.
The only thing I would like to see, is the spark plugs after 20 hours of running. If they are whitish or very very light tan, would not give a dime for that.
