Dont jump the gun until you do do as he suggests. If you call the manufacturer they will tell you the same thing. Your battery could be below the voltage threshold that the charger will detect. This is by design.This happened to me as well so I can confirm it. I think if it gets below 15 or 16 percent charge, todays chargers wont charge. You have to Bering it up with another charger. I use the single bank charger the factory installed for the cranking battery. Mine is an 06Sent from my SM-G955U using Tapatalk
