Its your keel roller shafts on the trailer. Was afraid neighbors were going to start complaining about me pulling mine out at 4:00 AM. If I recall the keel roller shafts are 5/8″ and the holes in the brackets are 3/4″. What I had to do is pry, cut, grind the push cap not off one end of keel roller shafts. Remove the keel roller and shaft. Smack the bracket slightly outward with a rubber mallet. Go get a shaft collar at hardware store and reinstall. Make sure you maintain good pressure between shaft collar and bracket so shaft cant rattle but roller can still roll.
