OK. I have to ask…

I am sitting here at 9:26 PM Eastern time and I see a new post come up about grease on rims. 5 minutes later there is an answer from BCB. A reply from the factory after 9 PM? How do you at BCB decide who is on board watch to answer questions at this time of night? Is there someone at the factory 24/7 or is the duty taken home? This is an incredible service you provide. It is shared between BCB Staff at times on eve and weekends, the advert geek helps some and yes Rick as well as one of two others who mostly monitor it and inform others. On yours we just got lucky!

PS: Rick was not in office today. He spent most of his day with a tourism group in south MO and on a loop through the AR Ozarks where cell service is lacking. His conversations today were buzz, crackle, pop, snap, can you hear me now, hello, hello… Dinner for crew is fine.

At last weeks event as usual I was asked why I continue to run a Cat. Just so happens I was at my room when these guys asked and I said on top of everything about the boat itself let me show you support like no other in the business. I pull up the owners board and they could not believe the instant support shown by other owners and BCB itself. Being in marketing and sales for a long while you always have to find avenues to market a product properly and I always use it when talking to other boat owners. Oh yea, I always tell them its fun to outrun everyone as well. KO.

Ditto regarding on-line support. You can also pick up the phone and reach Simon in parts too when you need to too and usually he picks up. Dont have to deal with endless robo phone systems like everywhere else you call. Nothing like the sound of that dot matrix printer spitting out your order in the back ground…. I think that printer is the only one left in the U.S.
