On Board Charger Location

Hey guys I was wondering where most people have their charger on their bass cat. I saw where some people have it on the transom. If this is the most common place, are there holes drilled into the fiber glass or is there another way to attach it? Pictures or comments would greatly be appreciated. I have a 93 Pantera II and just looking to do a couple of small things to make it a little bit better.
