Opinion on selling price – 1996 Eyra

I bought a 1996 Eyra a couple of years ago and spent quite a bit of time an a couple of bucks restoring her since. A deal came up for me on a 2007 P2 that I didnt want to pass up (I actually am picking it up this Saturday) and now Im in the process of selling the Eyra to a buddy in my club. Hes obviously familiar with the boat and Im completely comfortable selling it to him since I know everything is in good shape. I just am looking for your guys opinion on a fair selling price to him. Heres the particulars, what it has, whats been done, etc...when I say new on the stuff below its all a year or less old.Heres the Good/New 1996 Eyra with a 1996 150ProV (398 hours according to the digital dash), carbs have been rebuilt and new impeller, boat will run 62 gps with a light load, 56-57 loaded Tandem trailer with new tires and a swing tongue retrofitted by a custom trailer shop, package is just under 22 total, fresh brakes with a new master cylinder and lines Fresh blueprinted and balanced 25M prop, hasnt even been run 80lb Minn Kota Fortrex w/52" shaft and US2 HDS 5 on the front and HDS 7 at the console, both Gen2 running through a LSS-1 structure scan Noco genius 3 bank charger, 3 new batteries New Bobs 8" Action Jack with gauge New Seastar hydraulic steering Entire topcap has been wetsanded and treated with ProTec products Original seats are in perfect contidion, not a rip or tear anywhere New BC windshield Rigging compartment has been completely cleaned up, some new wiring, all new pumps and a master battery cut off added All gouges/dinks on the hull have been fixed (not by me, by a legit glass guy) The flasher still works great lol Livewell pumpout New aftermarket cover from boatcoversdirect, it actually fits great Heres whats not new, left to be done and any issues Trailer could stand to be repainted, paint is different where the swing tongue was done Carpet is in OK shape, nothing terrible and certainly doesnt need to be done right now but still Livewell drain valve doesnt work Currently the trim is leaking but Im going to fix that before he gets the boat, needs new seals Some of the functionality on the digital dash doesnt work (barometer, fuel level and a couple of others), tachometer is fine though and boat has a separate water pressure gauge Not sure what I did wrong but the automatic bilge pump doesnt work automatically...manual activades one pump and then auto runs both but the float part isnt right, think I wired it wrong The top of the transom was all chewed up when I bought it, just the gel because the steering fittings would hit it if the original 6" jack was all the way down and you trimmed it up, I just cleaned it up and Marine Texted it. It doesnt have a keel guard The boat has some battle scars but nothing horrible maybe what youd expect from a 5-7 year old boat but but definitely better than 90% of 18 year old boats Id like to get $9,000 from him. Average retail on this boat with the options that you can put comes out to $8900. Does this sound like a fair deal? I know Im losing some money but Im not really worried about that, I obviously didnt pay retail for all of the new/slightly used (electronics) stuff and I did a lot of the work myself so its really not as much of a loss as youd think plus Im honestly getting a screaming deal on the P2 so it all kind of evens out in my eyes. Thanks for any input. Mike
