Ordered a new Bobcat. Helix units?

I ordered a new bobcat that was supposed to come to two helix 7 hdi’s. Now that they are discontinued, what will my boat come with? Last I heard from my dealer, they were thinking late February for delivery. Thanks

Congrats on your new BobCat. Recommend reaching out to your dealer to ask. The Helix is a proven product and would last you many years if you still desire them. Your issue will be compatability with other HB products moving forward. If that is a concern then look at changing the order to HB Xplore if you still wish to stay with HB.

My 2024 Puma came with 9 inch Helix and I just upgraded them to 12 inch models during the black friday sales. I don’t have any plans on swapping to other HB products so I am staying w/ the Helix at this time for they still meet my needs.

The Helix are still available for a bit, as the new units are not shipping to us yet. They may put Helix in, and the dealership should get informed on what the new revised standard units will be. They have a slight hole between 5” and 9” units now at HumminBird.

The Helix 5 and 7 are not discontinued, just the larger helix units. However, I’m not sure if the DI will be available as they are claiming entry level in the smaller 7 inch.
