Ive got a PII with 200 HPDI and stock prop. 74-75 on GPS was my top end as well with just me in boat, little tackle, little fuel, and before I swapped out for minn kota TM and added two power poles. Sucker is a jet sled when you lighten up and does feel a little out of control with no weight. Now I get 68-70ish with passenger and loaded down with full tank of fuel and gear at 5,800 RPM. Although you loose some top end, chine walk goes away once loaded and handles much better IMO. Boat rides and performs better with more motor in water than other boats Ive run so dont trim up too much. Sweet spot for me is when motor just starts to kick higher rooster tail. Still passing 250s with my 200 all day long!
