On the new Pantera Classic can you upgrade the livewell system to the spray bar setup like the P2 or other boats has?
That is not an option at this time. The question has been asked and it is several dollars with labor to upgrade the systems they are trying not to increase those costs on the rig.
BCB with all due respect I think itd be a nice option to offer……if a customer wants to pay their several dollars for the upgrade why not allow them to? My .02. Respectfully, Mike
I dont understand this livewell anyway. I thought this boat was mainly directed towards our young tournament anglers and the older generation. Of all things i would want “a good livewell”2013 PANTERA 2MERCURY 200 PRO XSMINNKOTA 80LB FORTREX25 fury
Im sure the dealer could add something with the flow rite systems or you could do it yourself for a few bucks. I added a simple recirculate/pump out system in the Sabre I had. Plugged the livewell and pumped out the water when I needed to empty it. Dont think I lost a fish in the 10 years I had the boat. I do agree unless you have to have the narrow width for storage or just a few options along with a 150, The P2 is close enough in price to make the jump to it. I do like the wider deck so that may appeal to some. The p2 is hard to beat in that size boat, fast, economical to run. I think they need to loose the hook on the side and put a small basscat lightning bolt or something there. Maybe scoops like the Eyra. One thing for certain, its a BassCat so its built to last.
This is a perfect example as the boat has been discussed as expected to be less, though everyone wants the same whistles at $100 here and $100 there of a Pantera II. It can not achieve both goals as the engine, troller, graphs and other items are the same cost as any other models.
Needs a second bilge pump for safety – young anglers and seniors need to be safe – don’t compromise on those options – also make it easy to service – how can you reasonably reach any of the pumps?
