Pantera Steering Cable Length

Would someone know what length steering cable I will need to order for a 1990 Pantera Pro without a jackplate and who makes a cable oiling system to prevent future cable locking? I have replaced this cable system 5 to 6 years ago and would like to prevent future happenings.
