Just wanted to say thank you for the time you spent with me on the phone (three different calls) and the help that you gave was invaluable. THANK YOU!!!!!!!! I know that you are short handed and your time is extremely short and valuable.I was doing a couple of things to the boat and figured that I would install the red adapter in the fuel tank to avoid the tank barfing on me every time I filled up. Looked simple just had to get to the tank and the fill tube. Got there with just loosing one socket and ratchet under the tank and the red fitting would not go all the way flush....had over a 3/4 inch left. Per Petes instructions: remove and if you do not damage it then heat it up to make it more pliable. He suggested using a blow dryer but I opted to put it a glass of water and heat it in the microwave.....worked like a charm!!!!!! Went to the hardware store and picked up a magnet and retrieved the tool and buttoned everything back up. If it was not for the high gas prices I would look forward to putting gas in the boat again.....lolSupport like this will keep a Bass Cat in my garageElwood.....Bass Cat Strong!!!!Elwood.....Bass Cat Proud

We have rehired a former finish supervisor to go in parts and warranty with Pete. Pretty soon that department will be stronger again.

Good move and thank you BCB! I had tried and tried and finally got a hold of Pete recently. He took care of a minor issue for me, but you could sense the stress in his voice.Having a strong parts department is critical to maintaining the customer experience we all have grown to LOVE….and expect! As was mentioned, it is typically more than just filling a simple parts order.Pete does a great job, glad he will be getting some help!
